Georgia-Pacific Continues Support of KGIB Clean & Green Efforts

Georgia-Pacific Brunswick Cellulose recently continued its commitment to Keep Golden Isles Beautiful local community betterment efforts with a $10,000 donation towards the group’s clean, green and beautiful projects and initiatives. Brunswick Cellulose is the title sponsor of KGIB’s Marsh Madness effort that saw 35 salt marsh and marsh adjacent cleanups in March 2024, resulting in 8.5 tons of trash and debris removed by volunteers from this valuable natural resource. The 2025 effort resulted in 45 Marsh Madness cleanups, removing 9.5 tons of trash and debris.
“Brunswick Cellulose is honored to continue its partnership with Keep Golden Isles Beautiful in making our community a better place to live, work and play,” said C.J. Drake, public affairs manager at Brunswick Cellulose.
