Annual KGIB UP/REcycled Art & More Online Auction Fundraiser

Taking place June 13-16, the annual KGIB UP/REcycled Art & More online auction features one-of-a-kind creations from local, regional and national artists, offering chances on truly unique art and furniture. Sprinkled among the art are also local restaurant gift cards, outdoor experiences by local vendors and more.

Bidding begins June 13th at 8:00AM and ends June 16th at 8:00PM. In the meantime, viewing begins in May and items will be added weekly.

KGIB ANNUAL ELECTRONICS & MORE RECYCLING EVENT MORPHS INTO NEW EFFORT

As all of the items accepted at Keep Golden Isles Beautiful's annual Electronics Recycling & More event can be taken to local resources at any time throughout the year and to provide resources not currently available in the Golden Isles, KGIB plans to morph that event into a Hazardous Household Waste take back event later this year.

We are currently working with both City & County Public Works departments and two outside providers in the planning stages.

Fingers crossed, this is a much more complicated and expensive endeavor, and we are working feverishly to put all of the pieces together.

More updates as they are available.

We hope to again offer the Fall Sensitive Document Shred Event in either October or November.

In the meantime, feel free to contact KGIB for guidance to local recycling options for electronics, scrap metal, batteries, prescription meds and textiles.
