CLEAN SWEEP AWARD
Promoting clean, green and beautiful community landscapes, the Clean Sweep Award recognizes businesses and non-profit organizations that keep their outside premises clean, green and attractive.

Partnering with the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce, Keep Golden Isles Beautiful presents the awards quarterly. An anonymous seven-member volunteer committee from various community sectors uses specific judging criteria throughout each quarter to nominate and vote for businesses and organizations:

streets, gutters, and surrounding areas are kept clean of litter and debris;

dumpster areas in back are kept clean of litter and debris;
-
beautification efforts evident including flowers, vegetation;
-
weeded sidewalks, premises mowed and well-maintained.
