Coastal Visionary Art Award Bestowed to Needwood Middle Schooler

BRUNSWICK, GA (November 1, 2016) — Keep Golden Isles Beautiful recently presented Needwood Middle School student Layla Fobbs with its “Coastal Visionary Art Award,” created from upcycled items. Selected from the CoastFest student art contest, Layla’s artwork, a snake made from natural materials, creatively used found items to portray one of coastal Georgia’s many coastal critters.
